İnan Kaynak. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of management style and working conditions on employee performance and the role of job satisfaction in this interaction. Within the scope of the research, data were obtained with the survey technique with people. According to the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the management style and working conditions and job satisfaction affect the employee performance positively. Another result obtained within the scope of the study is that the management style and working conditions affect job satisfaction positively. In addition, the partial mediating role of job satisfaction in the effect of management style and working conditions on employee performance is another finding within the scope of the study. Bu çalışmanın amacı yönetim tarzı ve çalışma koşullarının çalışan performansına etkisi ve bu etkileşimde iş memnuniyetinin rolünün incelenmesidir. Araştırma kapsamında kişi ile anket tekniğiyle veri elde edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre Hoyle Casino 2014 Indir tarzı ve çalışma koşullarının ve iş memnuniyetinin çalışan performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
