Although be warned the hotel is on top of a slope so some people may struggle a little when walking up to the hotel from the cbd. Also as we had a rental car it is very near the motorway about a couple of minutes drive away. The hotel facilities were great with a lap pool, spa and gym. We had breakfast daily with good variety of cereals, cold meats, variety of cheeses, fresh fruits including kiwi fruit, hot food bacon, eggs, baked beans, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. The individually cooked egg omelette and egg benedict was especially good. We also had dinner at the restaurant. The food was tasty with attentive service, although the portions could be more substantial. Recommend the lamb and steak. The staff was also very friendly.
